Bademovo bra\u0161no ne zna\u010di samo manje ugljikohidrata \u2013 ono nudi i niz vrijednih hranjivih tvari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/diet\/health-benefits-almond-flour\">koje doprinose zdravlju<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bademovo bra\u0161no nastaje mljevenjem blan\u0161iranih badema u fin prah. S obzirom da ima&nbsp;<strong>nizak<\/strong> <strong>glikemijski indeks <\/strong>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/glycemic-index.net\/almond\/\">do 15<\/a> (uz napomenu kako se, po nekim izvorima, GI kre\u0107e u rasponu 0-20), ne utje\u010de zna\u010dajno na razinu \u0161e\u0107era u krvi, za razliku od p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na \u010diji je GI oko 71.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedna \u0161alica bademovog bra\u0161na (oko 110 g) sadr\u017ei oko 24 g proteina, 14 g vlakana te obilje vitamina E i mononezasi\u0107enih masti korisnih za zdravlje srca. Protein i vlakna poma\u017eu dulje zadr\u017eati osje\u0107aj sitosti i sprje\u010davaju nagle skokove \u0161e\u0107era u krvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim \u0161to povoljno djeluje na regulaciju \u0161e\u0107era u krvi, bademovo bra\u0161no poma\u017ee i u&nbsp;<strong>sni\u017eavanju kolesterola<\/strong>. Budu\u0107i da je prirodno bez glutena, odli\u010dan je izbor i za osobe s celijakijom ili osjetljivo\u0161\u0107u na gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Iskustva u pripremi deserata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iz vlastitog iskustva, pe\u010denje s bademovim bra\u0161nom nije samo zdravija opcija, nego i vrlo ukusna. Njegov blago ora\u0161ast okus i prirodna slatko\u0107a oboga\u0107uju kola\u010de, kekse i kruh, a istovremeno im daju mekaniju i bogatiju teksturu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posebno se dobro sla\u017ee s prirodnim zasla\u0111iva\u010dima, pa zahvaljuju\u0107i svom nutritivnom sastavu s dobro izabranim ostalim sastojcima, doprinosi sporijoj apsorpciji \u0161e\u0107era u krv, \u010dime nastaju slastice prilago\u0111ene osobama s dijabetesom. Kod pripreme biskvita ili browniesa, bademovo bra\u0161no \u010desto daje upravo onu \u017eeljenu so\u010dnost i puno\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va\u017eno je znati da se u receptima obi\u010dno koristi u omjeru 1:1 umjesto obi\u010dnog bra\u0161na, ali ponekad je potrebno dodati \u017elicu ili dvije vi\u0161e kako bi se tijesto dobro povezalo. Isto tako se odli\u010dno sla\u017ee s drugim vrstama bra\u0161na. Kad recept to zahtijeva kombiniram ga s integralnim pirovim bra\u0161nom, pa tako iskoristim prednosti obje vrste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaklju\u010dak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bademovo bra\u0161no u sebi spaja ono najva\u017enije:&nbsp;<strong>nizak glikemijski indeks, bogatu hranjivu vrijednost i odli\u010dan okus<\/strong>.
