To zvu\u010di korisno, ali mo\u017ee dovesti do naglih skokova \u0161e\u0107era u trenucima kada je aktivnost inzulina niska, \u0161to <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC8401117\/\">pogor\u0161ava kontrolu glikemije<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161e je iskustvo kako hrana s visokim udjelom masti \u2014 poput maslaca s vi\u0161e od 80% mlije\u010dne masti, pr\u017eene hrane, pa i hrane bogate dobrim masno\u0107ama poput maslinovog ulja \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.hr\/?hl=hr&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=hr&amp;text=This%20study%20suggests%20that%20adults%20with%20type%201%20diabetes%20require%20more%20insulin%20coverage%20for%20higher-fat%20meals%20than%20for%20lower-fat%20meals%20with%20identical%20carbohydrate%20content.%20These%20findings%20highlight%20the%20limitations%20of%20the%20carbohydrate-based%20method%20for%20calculating%20meal-time%20insulin%20dosage%20widely%20used%20in%20the%20intensive%20management%20of%20type%201%20diabetes.%20The%20evidence%20that%20dietary%20fat%20increases%20glucose%20concentrations%20suggests%20that%20dietary%20fat%20intake%20is%20an%20important%20nutritional%20consideration%20in%20individuals%20with%20type%201%20diabetes%20striving%20for%20tight%20glycemic%20control.%0AOur%20findings%20are%20consistent%20with%20those%20of%20previous%20studies%20indicating%20that%20higher-fat%20pizza%20meals%20cause%20late%20postprandial%20hyperglycemia%20necessitating%20increased%20insulin%20doses%20(11).%20The%20time%20course%20of%20the%20increase%20in%20the%20glucose%20concentrations%20after%20the%20higher-fat%20dinner%20meal%20is%20in%20keeping%20with%20clamp%20studies%20in%20nondiabetic%20humans%20indicating%20that%20physiological%20FFA%20elevations%20lead%20to%20insulin%20resistance%20within%20several%20hours%20(18).%20The%20finding%20that%20the%20glucose%20and%20insulin%20profiles%20after%20the%20identical%20breakfast%20meals%20on%20the%20two%20successive%20study%20days%20were%20indistinguishable%20provides%20additional%20supporting%20evidence%20suggesting%20that%20the%20different%20profiles%20after%20the%20two%20dinners%20was%20attributable%20to%20the%20fat%20content%20of%20the%20meal.%20Differential%20susceptibility%20to%20fat-induced%20impairment%20of%20insulin%20sensitivity%20has%20been%20noted%20in%20nondiabetic%20individuals%20(19%2C20).%20Other%20factors%2C%20such%20as%20differences%20in%20FFA%20concentrations%2C%20gastric%20emptying%20rates%2C%20glucagon%2C%20or%20incretins%2C%20could%20possibly%20underlie%20the%20interindividual%20variation%20in%20the%20glycemic%20effect%20of%20dietary%20fat%20noted%20in%20our%20study%20subjects.%0AThis%20evidence%20that%20dietary%20fat%20affects%20glycemic%20control%20has%20important%20implications%20for%20patient%20education%20and%20counseling.%20In%20our%20clinic%2C%20practical%20approaches%20to%20translate%20these%20findings%20into%20actionable%20steps%20to%20improve%20glycemic%20control%20are%20still%20evolving.%20Because%20of%20the%20marked%20interindividual%20differences%20in%20response%20to%20dietary%20fat%2C%20patient%20food%20and%20glucose%20records%20need%20to%20be%20evaluated%20on%20a%20case-by-case%20basis%20to%20determine%20if%20glucose%20excursions%20are%20(in%20part)%20related%20to%20consumption%20of%20higher-fat%20foods.%20This%20review%20of%20patient%20records%20also%20can%20help%20identify%20alternative%20favorite%20foods%20that%20have%20less%20glycemic%20effect.%20In%20the%20motivated%20patient%20with%20type%201%20diabetes%2C%20these%20insights%2C%20together%20with%20nutritional%20coaching%20about%20substituting%20lower-fat%20choices%20for%20problem%20foods%2C%20can%20lead%20to%20improved%20eating%20behavior.%0A&amp;op=translate\">mo\u017ee poremetiti regulaciju \u0161e\u0107era<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zdrave masti su va\u017ene, a u mediteranskoj prehrani maslinovo ulje je \u010desto sastavni dio glavnih jela. Ponekad se biskvit mo\u017ee natopiti mlijekom, bademovim napitkom ili sli\u010dnim zbog \u010dega \u0107e biti so\u010dniji, ali se uglavnom i sa zamjenama mogu dobiti ukusni i so\u010dni biskviti uz dobar odabir vrste i koli\u010dine bra\u0161na (bademovo bra\u0161no je uglavnom dobar izbor). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kremama mo\u017ee dobro funkcionirati kakao maslac jer \u0107e je dobro stisnuti, ali pazite na koli\u010dinu jer \u0107e ga uglavnom trebati manje nego obi\u010dnog maslaca i budite spremni na dodatno mije\u0161anje dok se hladi kako bi se \u0161to bolje spojio s ostalim sastojcima. Kremu \u0107e dobro stisnuti i tamna \u010dokolada, na primjer u kombinaciji s kikiriki maslacem, mljeveni ora\u0161asti plodovi i sl.
