S obzirom da dijabeti\u010dari jesu u pove\u0107anom riziku od mnogih kroni\u010dnih bolesti briga o utjecaju prehrane na op\u0107e zdravlje mora biti va\u017ena za svakog dijabeti\u010dara i one koji se o njima brinu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Na\u0161e iskustvo s kruhom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prili\u010dno rano smo primjetili kako \u010dak i male koli\u010dine kupovnog kruha, \u010dak i onih &#8220;zdravijih&#8221;, negativno utje\u010du na regulaciju dijabetesa zbog oscilacija u razini \u0161e\u0107era u krvi. Naizgled bez razloga, razina \u0161e\u0107era bi rasla kad bi djelovanje kratkoro\u010dnog inzulina prestalo i imali bi neuredan \u0161e\u0107er i terapiju, s obzirom na dodatne korekcije inzulinom, cijeli dan. Tako sam uglavnom pekla doma\u0107i kruh koji je bio sasvim dobar sve dok sasvim slu\u010dajno nisam otkrila kako i kupovni kruh bez aditiva ne ometa regulaciju \u0161e\u0107era \u0161to nam je omogu\u0107ilo povremenu raznovrsnost u konzumaciji kruha iako ga op\u0107enito jedemo u malim koli\u010dinama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaklju\u010dak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odabir hrane bez aditiva u prehrani dijabeti\u010dara je bolji izbor zbog negativnog utjecaja mnogih aditiva na op\u0107e zdravlje.
