Iz mahuna roga\u010da dobiva se prah bogat vlaknima, vitaminima i mineralima, a danas ga sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e koriste i osobe s dijabetesom zbog njegovih brojnih prednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odrastaju\u0107i na Mediteranu, roga\u010d mi je poznat od djetinjstva. Moja baka nam je davala mirisne mahune kao zdravu grickalicu. Moj sin voli&nbsp;<strong>pala\u010dinke od roga\u010da<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 slatke, mirisne i puno zdravije od obi\u010dnih. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prah roga\u010da mo\u017ee se koristiti kao zamjena za kakao u omjeru 1:1, ali imajte na umu da je prirodno sladak, za razliku od kakaa, pa smanjite koli\u010dinu zasla\u0111iva\u010da ako ga koristite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sjajan je i za&nbsp;<strong>brze, zdrave grickalice<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 primjerice energetske kuglice od zobenih pahuljica, datulja i maslaca od ora\u0161ida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim u desertima, mo\u017ee obogatiti i&nbsp;<strong>slana jela<\/strong>&nbsp;poput umaka i marinada, gdje daje blagu slatkastu notu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako tek upoznajete roga\u010d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Okus i miris roga\u010da mo\u017ee biti intenzivan ako ga do sada niste koristili. Preporuka je zapo\u010deti s manjim koli\u010dinama i jednostavnim receptima, pa se postupno navikavati i istra\u017eivati nove kombinacije<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaklju\u010dak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roga\u010d u prahu je vrijedan sastojak koji nudi brojne koristi \u2013 niski glikemijski indeks, obilje vlakana i minerala, prirodnu slatko\u0107u i malu koli\u010dinu masti.
