Ono ima&nbsp;blago zemljani okus i nekad ga koristim samo, posebno kad u kola\u010du ima dovoljno drugih aromati\u010dnih sastojaka zbog kojih okus heljde ne\u0107e izdominirati. ali ga volim i kombinirati s drugim bra\u0161nima uglavnom zbog \u017eeljene teksture tijesta koju ne mogu posti\u0107i samo bra\u0161nom od heljde.
