{"id":353,"date":"2025-11-24T15:58:56","date_gmt":"2025-11-24T15:58:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nutrinela.hr\/?p=353"},"modified":"2025-12-15T20:55:10","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T20:55:10","slug":"kokosovo-brasno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nutrinela.hr\/index.php\/2025\/11\/24\/kokosovo-brasno\/","title":{"rendered":"Kokosovo Bra\u0161no"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zamjena obi\u010dnog p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na kokosovim bra\u0161nom mo\u017ee biti korisna za cijelu obitelj, a posebno za <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diabetes.co.uk\/natural-therapies\/coconuts.html#google_vignette\">osobe s dijabetesom<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/13129460\/\">Istra\u017eivanja<\/a> pokazuju da se&nbsp;<strong>glikemijski indeks (GI) smanjuje \u0161to je ve\u0107i udio kokosova bra\u0161na u receptu<\/strong>, uglavnom zbog visokog udjela prehrambenih vlakana.<br>Iako kokosovo bra\u0161no sadr\u017ei ne\u0161to vi\u0161e masno\u0107a, njegove nutritivne prednosti odli\u010dan su razlog da ga ne izbjegavamo u desertima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kokosovo ili bademovo bra\u0161no?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tijekom proizvodnje kokosovog bra\u0161na uklanja se ve\u0107ina masti, pa je ono nutritivno povoljnije od drugih kokosovih proizvoda, poput mlijeka ili ulja.<br>U praksi \u010de\u0161\u0107e koristim&nbsp;<strong>bademovo bra\u0161no<\/strong>&nbsp;zbog ni\u017eeg udjela ugljikohidrata, ali kokosovo nipo\u0161to ne izbjegavam \u2014 posebno kada \u017eelim poja\u010dati aromu nekog deserta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va\u017eno je spomenuti da kokosovo bra\u0161no ima&nbsp;<strong>manje kalorija i vi\u0161e vlakana<\/strong>&nbsp;od bademovog, pa je i zbog toga vrlo dobar izbor u zdravoj prehrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prednosti Kokosovog Bra\u0161na<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ni\u017ei udio ugljikohidrata: U usporedbi s p\u0161eni\u010dnim bra\u0161nom, kokosovo bra\u0161no sadr\u017ei znatno manje ugljikohidrata, \u0161to dovodi do&nbsp;<strong>manjeg porasta \u0161e\u0107era u krvi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vi\u0161e proteina: Protein poma\u017ee stabilizirati \u0161e\u0107er u krvi usporavanjem apsorpcije glukoze. Kad radim s kokosovim bra\u0161nom, biram recepte koji imaju dodatne vla\u017ene slojeve koji \u0107e natopiti biskvit, na primjer, koristim ga kad radim biskvit za \u010dupavce kojeg zatim natopim s rastopljenom tamnom \u010dokoladom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va\u017eno je znati da kokosovo bra\u0161no upija znatno vi\u0161e teku\u0107ine od ostalih bra\u0161na. Zbog toga recepti obi\u010dno zahtijevaju&nbsp;<strong>vi\u0161e jaja ili <\/strong>teku\u0107ine kako bi se postigla dobra tekstura, u suprotnom kola\u010d mo\u017ee ispasti suh. To je posebno va\u017eno ako \u017eelite isprobati recepte koji su sami po sebi &#8220;suhi&#8221;, kao kekse od kokosovog bra\u0161na. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unato\u010d tim prilagodbama, kori\u0161tenje kokosovog bra\u0161na se pokazalo korisno \u2014 deserti su ukusni, aromati\u010dni i imaju dobar utjecaj na razinu \u0161e\u0107era u krvi.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op\u0107enito, kokosovo bra\u0161no se lijepo sla\u017ee s raznim okusima, uz \u010dokoladu, ukusne su kombinacije s vanilijom, limunom, raznim ora\u0161astim plodovima, pa uvo\u0111enje kokosovog bra\u0161na otvara mogu\u0107nost stvaranja&nbsp;<strong>raznolikih i zdravijih deserata<\/strong>&nbsp;za cijelu obitelj, ne samo za osobe s dijabetesom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaklju\u010dak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kokosovo bra\u0161no je odli\u010dno za zdrave deserte, uz malo prilagodbi ono mo\u017ee postati&nbsp;sastojak&nbsp;koji oboga\u0107uje prehranu, donosi bolje nutritivne vrijednosti i \u010dini slastice ukusnima, sigurnima i raznovrsnima.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zamjena obi\u010dnog p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na kokosovim bra\u0161nom mo\u017ee biti korisna za cijelu obitelj, a posebno za osobe s dijabetesom.
