Ono pru\u017ea prirodnu slatko\u0107u uz nizak glikemijski u\u010dinak te obilje vrijednih nutrijenata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jagode, borovnice, maline i kupine ne samo da oboga\u0107uju okus kola\u010da, ve\u0107 i zna\u010dajno doprinose zdravlju. Bogate su antioksidansima, vitaminima i vlaknima, \u0161to ih \u010dini posebno korisnima za osobe koje \u017eive s dijabetesom ili brinu o osobi koja ima dijabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Idealno vo\u0107e za dijabeti\u010dare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/Blueberry and cranberry are associated with reduced diabetes because they are rich in polyphenols. Vlakna usporavaju probavu i apsorpciju \u0161e\u0107era, osiguravaju\u0107i postupno otpu\u0161tanje glukoze u krvotok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maline su posebno bogate vlaknima \u2013 gotovo 8 g po \u0161alici \u2013 \u0161to pridonosi duljem osje\u0107aju sitosti i mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u kontroli tjelesne te\u017eine. Uz to, bobi\u010dasto vo\u0107e sadr\u017ei relativno malo ugljikohidrata. Na primjer, porcija jagoda ima oko 12 g ugljikohidrata, pa se mogu lako uklju\u010diti u dijabeti\u010dku dijetu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Kako koristiti bobi\u010dasto vo\u0107e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prirodna slatko\u0107a bobi\u010dastog vo\u0107a \u010dini ih izvrsnom zamjenom za \u0161e\u0107er u desertima.
