Njihova prirodna slatko\u0107a i so\u010dna, gotovo kremasta tekstura zrelih kru\u0161aka \u010dine ih idealnim sastojkom za\u00a0<strong>zdrave i ukusne deserte<\/strong>, koji se mogu uklopiti u svakodnevnu prehranu \u2013 bez gri\u017enje savjesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nutritivna vrijednost kru\u0161aka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/diabetes\/pears-diabetes-benefits-risks-nutrition\">Kru\u0161ke<\/a> se stolje\u0107ima cijene ne samo zbog ugodnog okusa, ve\u0107 i zbog svojih\u00a0<strong>zdravstvenih prednosti<\/strong>. Naravno, i kod kru\u0161aka vrijedi pravilo o umjerenosti i promi\u0161ljenom planu prehrane. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Slatka i slana jela s kru\u0161kama<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prirodna slatko\u0107a kru\u0161aka omogu\u0107uje pripremu kola\u010da\u00a0<strong>bez rafiniranog \u0161e\u0107era<\/strong>\u00a0ili uz minimalno dodatno zasla\u0111ivanje. Kru\u0161ke su se meni pokazale kao iznimno zahvalan sastojak i skoro ih jednako \u010desto koristim kao vo\u0107e koje se ina\u010de vi\u0161e upotrebljava u pripremi zdravih kola\u010da, kao jabuke i bobi\u010dasto vo\u0107e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jednostavne ideje s kru\u0161kama<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pe\u010dene kru\u0161ke s cimetom<\/strong>: Kru\u0161ke nare\u017eem, ispe\u010dem dok ne omek\u0161aju i pospem cimetom. Po \u017eelji ili potrebi se mo\u017ee dodati kap javorovog sirupa ili malo stevije. Njihova blaga slatko\u0107a izvrsno se sla\u017ee sa slanim namirnicama:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>salata s kru\u0161kama i light mozzarellom<\/strong>, uz orahe i lagani preljev<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pizza s kru\u0161kama i pr\u0161utom\/\u0161unkom<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 osobno jako volim vo\u0107e na pizzi, ne samo ananas nego i kru\u0161ke<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>tofu s kru\u0161kama<\/strong> &#8211; tofu izre\u017eem na kockice i malo popr\u017eim na maslinovom ulju, pa dodam komade kru\u0161aka iz kompota, slanutak i\/ili komadi\u0107e obarene cvjeta\u010de ili drugog povr\u0107a za slatkasto-slani brzi obrok <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako birati i koristiti kru\u0161ke<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad god mogu, biram&nbsp;<strong>organske kru\u0161ke<\/strong>, jer se velik dio hranjivih tvari nalazi u kori.
