U prehrani je slanutak odli\u010dan sastojak raznih variva i salata, me\u0111utim, njegove brojne nutritivne prednosti je \u0161teta ograni\u010davati, tim vi\u0161e jer se mo\u017ee lako koristiti kao sastojak mnogih slastica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zdravstvene prednosti slanutka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Slanutak ima brojne zdravstvene prednosti potvr\u0111ene&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/280244#benefits\">mnogim istra\u017eivanjima<\/a>:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visoki udio vlakana sni\u017eava razinu glukoze u krvi, doprinosi probavi, zdravlju crijeva i mogu\u0107e zdravlju srca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kalij poma\u017ee u prevenciji visokog tlaka.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kolin, esencijalni mikronutrijent (koji se naziva i vitamin J) je odgovoran za metabolizam odnosno funkcije jetre, rad mi\u0161i\u0107a i \u017eiv\u010danog sustava jer je povezan s radom mozga i funkcijama pam\u0107enja i u\u010denja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Slanutak ima nizak glikemijski indeks, kako sam napisala, bogat je proteinima, sadr\u017ei \u017eeljezo i vitamin C, a neka istra\u017eivanja ukazuju kako bi slanutak mogao imati antikancerogeni u\u010dinak.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stanja kod kojih je potreban oprez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoje stanja kod kojih je potreban oprez u odluci koristiti slanutak ili ne, pa i dodatno savjetovanje sa stru\u010dnjacima \u2013 lije\u010dnicima i nutricionistima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kod nekih ljudi slanutak mo\u017ee izazvati probavne smetnje, pa je preporu\u010dljivo slanutak uvoditi postepeno i vidjeti kako \u0107e tijelo reagirati odnosno ho\u0107e li se naviknuti na slanutak. Postoje razne tehnike obrade kojima se mogu eventualno <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC11532829\/\">smanjiti negativni efekti<\/a>, a na tr\u017ei\u0161tu postoje proizvodi na bazi slanutka, na primjer bra\u0161na, koji mogu biti prihvatljiva alternativa.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mogu\u0107e su alergijske reakcije.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U kombinaciji s nekim lijekovima za srce konzumiranje slanutka mo\u017ee prekomjerno povisiti razinu kalija \u0161to mo\u017ee na\u0161koditi bubrezima.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Slanutak u kola\u010dima<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nama se slanutak pokazao kao odli\u010dan sastojak za mnoge kola\u010de. Uglavnom koristim kuhani, ali i konzervirani slanutak kad ga nemam vremena kuhati. Samljeveni slanutak u kombinaciji s tamnom \u010dokoladom i kikiriki maslacem mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti kao odli\u010dna baza za nepe\u010dene kola\u010de, ali je slanutak isto tako dobar sastojak u mnogim biskvitima i keksima jer omogu\u0107ava smanjivanje udjela ugljikohidrata i oboga\u0107ivanje kola\u010da vlaknima, proteinima i drugim korisnim nutrijentima.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slanutak je odli\u010dna namirnica za regulaciju \u0161e\u0107era u krvi mog sina, a mo\u017ee se dobro \u201csakriti\u201d \u010dokoladom, naran\u010dom i drugim sastojcima koji \u0107e neutralizirati okus slanutka, \u0161to je prednost ako je kola\u010d namijenjen prvenstveno djeci. Kad smo kod okusa, kuhani ili konzervirani slanutak u kola\u010dima mi je dra\u017ei od bra\u0161na od slanutka. Bra\u0161no od slanutka ima intezivniji okus i te\u017ee ga mogu spojiti s ostalim sastojcima. Bra\u0161no od slanutka je kod nas rezervirano za slana jela, posebno slane tartove s raznim nadjevima.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zaklju\u010dak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slanutak je odli\u010dan sastojak koji se mo\u017ee koristiti u mnogim slasticama. Uz malo kreativnosti slanutak mo\u017ee zamijeniti bra\u0161no, a rezultat je kola\u010d smanjenog udjela ugljikohidrata i oboga\u0107en mnogim nutrijentima.
